YOGA + LIVE CONCERT & BRUNCH

We start our day with a balancing Vinyasa Flow & and end our practice with relaxing Yin Yoga. You are invited to listen to the sounds of live music and dive deep into your body through your breath. Follow the beat, breathe and come into a beautiful meditative state as you practice.

Since most people aren't used to complete silence when on their yoga mats, soft music can help you to clear your mind and not get distracted by your own thoughts. This makes it perfect for the mind and soul to dive deeper into the practice.

• Prior knowledge of yoga is not required.
• Language spoken: English & German
• We will provide yoga mats for you.

Live Concert by multi-instrumentalist Theresa

Theresa is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter and yoga teacher, therapist and practitioner herself and will create a soundscape to flow along with. During the flow part of the evening, she will use her loop-station, ukuleles, flute, voice and percussive elements, to create a beat to move to. The yin yoga portion of the evening will be, when you get to hear some of her original songs with lyrics. The music is created with the intention for you to hear with your brain, but also to feel with your whole body.
